JUJI is a Single Origin, Single Cultivar Ceremonial Grade Matcha.
Exclusively cultivated and harvested from the first spring harvest in the renowned region of Uji in Kyoto, Japan.
Our matcha is high in l-theanine and polyphenols. The vibrant green hue of JUJI Matcha is entirely natural, reflecting its superior quality.

Instructions+
- Sift 1-2g of matcha into a warm bowl.
- Add 60-70ml of water at roughly 75-80°C.
- Whisk briskly in a W or M motion with a chasen until a fine foam forms.
- Enjoy as usucha, or top up with steamed milk for a latte.
Upkeep+
- Store in a cool, dark place in a sealed, opaque container.
- Avoid air, light and moisture; these dull the colour and flavour.
- Best consumed within 1-2 months of opening.
